Serving Those Who Serve
Inspired by Ephesians 4 and the people God has used in our lives, we believe that He gives ministry leaders to build His Kingdom on earth.
Shepherd’s Door is dedicated to serving those who selflessly serve others.
As a result of their service and commitment to their ministries, it can be challenging to continually nurture their own marriages, families, and personal or spiritual health.
We are passionate about providing retreats and sacred times of restoration for these individuals and their families in order to strengthen their ability to serve God and love others deeply.
Our Story
“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.”

Shepherd’s Door was founded out of a deep respect for God’s calling to ministry. Inspired by personal experiences, we have seen firsthand the sacrifices ministry leaders and their families make for their congregations and communities.
We are guided by the biblical principle of rest, knowing that even Jesus took time away to pray and restore His strength. Our mission is to provide ministry leaders and their families with a space to reconnect with God, with each other, and with themselves.
